Kids Run Wild

The school semester has been postponed yet again , now to Dec 6th. One plus month of flood holidays !  I have been looking for entertaining things to do to fill up their day.The nani birds were great, filled up one whole afternoon. They cut and I assemble . It wasn’t such a fair deal though. They took most of the birds to decorate their room and left me with only five.

I bookmarked this painting tutorial some time ago. Bright concentric circles painted on canvas. Looks good, and seems easy.  I was going to try it with the kids, but they both got their own ideas so I ended up painting it myself. Will post the finished piece when the lighting gets better.

The big kid did stencil. She painted her canvas red and stenciled with yellow paint. The result looks like golden paint. I think her artwork is so cool , I  already plan to hang it.
