DIY : Decoupage Wicker Food Cover #2

image

Decoupaging much ? I showed my decoupaged food covering to my mom and she said , ” Thank you very much !” and handed me her really tattered one in exchange. The sides were busted, but I found out it can be fixed. Just use a cord and tie sides back to the rims. You will have to some pushing and urging before the protruding wicker will go back into place.

This time, I used white primer that the art supplies shop recommends. The guy said, it’s the same thing, you can actually use it in place of white acrylic. I was shocked as a tub costs much cheaper than the regular tubes I buy. I am now a white primer convert … if there is such a thingy…

All that is remaining is the handle. This part will probably take me half a year to decide.
